I thought it was a great show not my favorite but the music and vocal were amazing. The cast was great and so were the costumes. I do recommend this musical it certainly kept my attention. I would watch it again if had the chance.

Wonderful way to spend precious moments of you life.

When we got to the theater and got our playbill there was a slip of paper in it stating that the female actress, who usually plays 'LUCY' was not playing that afternoon. A girl named Emmy was playing the role. Well, if this was the directors second choice I have to wonder. She was AWESOME!! Constantine was AWESOME! I read a review where someone said he screamed the songs and they couldn't understand the lyrics. I have to differ on the first part...he was in character...but I have to agree the second part...we did have some trouble understanding some of the lyrics. This is a live performance so you can NOT expect perfection, therefore I rated it a 4.5. We had a great time and the theater staff is very efficient and friendly as well. I would recommend this play....NICE JOB Constantine!

could be better

Ensemble was excellent, absolutely beautiful voices. Deborah Cox was very good, great voice. Overall, the sets were good and special effects excellent, but my son and I both thought the acting could have been alot better. Dr Jeckyl played by Maroulis was okay, not extraordinary. We couldn't understand him when he sang although his voice was good. Also, there was very little difference between his Jeckyl and Hyde, and three key songs were missing from the show. Teal was good, but she over acted and stomped on and off stage in a very undelicate, unfeminine way. She has a beautiful voice but I felt she was holding back compared to Cox, who belted every song. Overall, the show had some good moments but honestly, I was struggling not to fall asleep. I am sure it will get better with time!!

Disappointed , but just average

I agree with the previous review. Deborah Cox's performance made the show. She has an amazingly beautiful voice and it seemed very natural as opposed to Constantine who seemed to be screaming every song to the point where it was hard to understand the lyrics. I was disappointed, but it wasn't a horrible experience. I think I closed my eyes for a few scenes and felt for the most part you you actually get away with listening to the play rather than watch it.
