Why see Ghost?

re-imperatour!

Grab your robes and get ready to rock. The incredible Swedish heavy metal band Ghost are hitting the road in support of their recently released album Impera, they'll be joined on the road by special guest Amon Amarth. The trek will consist of dates across the U.S. under the name Re-Impera tour, and will feature tracks off their new album along with fan favorites!

Ghost's popular art which mimics the Catholic church, but reversed, is what makes Ghost stand out from the metal crowd. Anonymity of Ghost plays a huge role to the group, the five instrumentalists are known as the Nameless Ghouls - all dressed identical, with face concealing costumes.

Did you know?

Lead vocalist of Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl, once dressed up as a Nameless Ghoul and secretly performed with Ghost.

A new Favorite

I see a lot of concerts. Ghost is one of the best in the business. Showmanship, musical execution, special effects, all dead on the money and worth the ticket cost. The show overall is fun and not something you will forget anytime soon. If you get a chance to see them, don't hesitate. The bigger Ghost gets, the harder its going to be to get tickets. I'm already looking forward to the next tour. ... Read more

So Much Fun

If you have the chance to see Ghost - go do it. Ghost is an engaging band with amusingly over the top evil lyrical content (songs like Satan Prayer or Year Zero are not for goody two shoes - you know who you are - but no worse than most any other heavy metal oriented material) and extremely talented musicianship. The performance in Spokane, Wa. on 9/26/19 was beautifully complex, carefully polished, and yet somehow retained an air of spontaneity. The main character - Cardinal Copia (formerly Papa Emeritus I, II, and III) kept the crowd engaged and hanging on his every word while he marshalled the experience. The backing band of Nameless Ghouls were individually and collectively stunning to watch. They made their intricately wound together melodies look effortless. Ghost was a giddy thrill and I will absolutely see Ghost again as soon as I can. If you occasionally enjoy an Absinthe tinged walk on the wild side, you should go see Ghost as soon as you can too. ... Read more
